Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer a seamless return and exchange experience within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the receipt.

Please note that orders with missing product or packaging components cannot be collected by the courier.

Returns requested for personal preference or change of mind are accepted, with return shipping fees covered by the customer.

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, if the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be issued free of charge within 2–4 business days from the request date.
